How Can My Employees Enter FEAT? |

First you must agree to be a Participating Employer. You will agree to:
- Abide by the regulations in the Standards of Apprenticeship
- Assign each apprentice to a qualified Journeyperson to monitor and train the apprentice in on-the-job skills
- Refrain from working the apprentice on class nights
- Pay the semester tuition for each apprentice
- Assist FEAT in the timely submission of apprentice OJT reports
- Pay the apprentice at least the appropriate percentage of the Journey wage based on the annual survey
We have registration in July and November for new apprentice applicants. As a participating employer, you will be notified of registration dates. You can also check the FEAT Calendar. |
